Hatha Yoga is a proven way to improve strength, balance, flexibility and mental control.  This makes it the perfect cross training class for runners, cyclists and triathletes of all levels.

Our classes focuses on proper alignment, breath connection and focus with mindfulness. The yoga postures are combined with regulated breath and performed in a systematic and accessible manner. Yoga will help reduce stress, increase energy, stretch and strengthen the muscles and encourage you to breathe more freely and fully. Postures can be modified to suit advanced and beginner students alike.

Class Schedule:
Monday 6:45 – 7:45 p.m. – FULL
Monday 8:00 – 9:00 p.m. – FULL
