Our classes are designed to improve overall fitness, build a stronger core and improve full body muscle tone.  Training with weights is not just for body builders.  Getting stronger will make you faster in your chosen sport.

Our classes and all exercises are adaptable for any level of fitness.

Wednesday 7:00-8:00 p.m.
